There’s a time to work on yourself, and a time to work with yourself.

Your work is rooted in who you are.
Therapists, bodyworkers, artists, writers, musicians, and others whose gifts are their instrument. You may have spent years working on yourself: in therapy, in training, in practice. Traditional astrology offers something different, a way to work with yourself: with how you’re built, where your gifts can land, and how to move with your timing.
You may be drawn here if…
Your work draws on who you are, and lately it’s been drawing more than you have to give.
You know you have a gift, but you haven’t yet found the place, or the niche, where it can fully land.
You’re carrying more than your share, financially or emotionally, and wondering how long you can keep it up.
Your closest relationship asks you to bend in ways that don’t quite feel like you.
You feel stuck, in a place, a job, or a pattern, and can’t yet see the way through.
What may shift?
Your work begins to draw from who you are, rather than draining you, and starts to feel like yours again.
Seeing where your gifts are most at home, and how you might shape your work and your life around them.
Recognizing what is truly yours to carry, and what you can begin, gently, to set down along the way.
Relating to the people closest to you in ways that feel more like yourself, without losing them or you.
Seeing the shape of where you are, and sensing the timing of your next step.
There is a particular kind of relief in seeing our nature more clearly. The question shifts — from Why am I this way? How do I stop? — toward How am I built? How might I work with what is already me?

My approach
Patterns are usually the first thing I notice: in a dream, a fantasy, a story someone keeps retelling without meaning to. Traditional astrology is the primary symbolic system I work with, to explore our nature, our timing, and the relationship between the two.
Astrology offers a map, not a verdict. It can show you the terrain, while where you go remains your choice. Often, what changes isn’t the situation itself, but the background against which we see it, and when that shifts, new possibilities come into view.
These offerings are separate from my psychotherapy practice.
