Inner Orbit

Inner Orbit

Astrology you can experience

Embody· emerge

We start with your birth chart, using traditional astrology to understand the patterns, conditions, tensions, and capacities shaping your particular terrain.

Then, rather than stopping at interpretation, we choose an integration point and explore it experientially — using Brainspotting to move from conceptual understanding toward direct experience through the body, emotions, imagery, and association.

The chart helps us read the terrain.

Your awareness helps you discover how to move within it.

Signature Session

90 min ·  online

Approximately 60 minutes of astrological exploration, followed by approximately 30 minutes of initial Brainspotting experience.

The astrological inquiries are offered in three ways:

Explore questions of life direction, professional trajectories, and how to respond creatively to the challenges you face. We look at your birth chart’s patterns, conditions, and capacities in relation to your lived experience and the possibilities you’re considering.

Focus on the year ahead: its emerging themes, significant periods, and what they may mean for your plans. We bring your specific questions and decisions into the reading to help you set priorities, consider timing, and prepare for the coming year.

For those whose birth time is uncertain, we examine significant life events alongside astrological timing techniques to identify a plausible birth time. The resulting chart becomes the basis for your natal reading.

Optional follow-up: A dedicated Brainspotting session can be booked separately if you’d like more time with what emerged.

Inner Orbit is an experiential astrology offering. It is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment and is separate from my psychotherapy practice.

About Brainspotting

Brainspotting is founded by Dr. David Grand. It is a body- and brain-based approach that uses points in the visual field and focused attention to access experiences not easily reached through thinking or language alone.

In Inner Orbit, we use it to stay with something that stood out in your astrological reading and notice what unfolds through the body, emotions, images, memories, and associations.

This might be for you if…

There is something about yourself you understand — perhaps even quite well — but understanding it hasn’t necessarily changed your relationship with it.

You may feel drawn toward a particular way of being, while also noticing hesitation, resistance, or an internal conflict when you move toward it.

Or you may simply be curious about what happens when astrology becomes something you can experience, rather than only something you can understand.
