A tailored experience for small teams, Astro Lab brings together astrology, creative and somatic expression, and collective wisdom.
The Experience
Tune In
Encounter something familiar in an unfamiliar way.
Through poetry and astrological symbolism, discover new ways of seeing yourself. Notice what stirs your curiosity, what resonates, and what you may not have recognized before.
Give it Form
Move beyond understanding into expression.
Let what emerges take shape through creative exploration. Discover what becomes possible when an idea, feeling, or image is given room to move beyond words.
Group Echoes
Discover possibility in the presence of others.
Experience your expression reflected through the group. Encounter perspectives you might not have reached alone, and explore what emerges through collective resonance.
For your teams?
This is best for small teams who would welcome time to turn toward themselves and encounter one another beyond their usual working roles. The expressive medium can be adjusted according to the specific creative outlet of the team.
No prior knowledge of astrology or creative experience is required.
